Operation Hours

Our office is opened from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays.

Orders

For orders received from Mondays to Thursdays, goods will be delivered within the next two working days. However, for orders received on Fridays, it will be delivered only on the following Monday.

Delivery

Free delivery with minimum purchase of $300.00 or 12 bottles and above to any one destination within Singapore.
A delivery charge of $30.00 will be imposed for purchases below $300.00 or quantity below 12 bottles (750ml)

Both Sizes

Unless indicated, all wines are available in the standard 750ml size.

Stock Availability

All goods offered herein are subject to being available due to prior sales.

Prices & Vintages

All prices are in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of duty paid and exclude GST, and subject to fluctuation without prior notice.
Prices and Vintages are subject to change without notice. Information on vintages can be obtained from our Sales Department.

Complaints, Breakages & Losses

Customers are advised to examine the goods upon collection or delivery. Any shortages or breakages should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately. No complaint will be entertained unless this condition is observed.

Payment

Payments are based on cash on delivery or approved credit terms of 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated.

Documents

An invoice accompanies each order. The duplicate copy of the invoice should be signed and returned to the Company as the receipt of delivery.
